23 Boutique is an 18th-century palazzo restored into a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Floriana. A stone's throw from the Waterfront and a 10-minute walk to the capital Valletta and all it has to offer.
We have designed our hotel in an intimate and relaxing way with all our rooms centered around the courtyard. Within the hotel, you'll find architectural features such as traditional Maltese balconies, limestone walls and stone arches incorporating the 300-year-old structure into a modern boutique hotel.
Our rooms are designed around the original structure of the building and while some rooms offer windows facing the street, some rooms have windows facing the internal courtyard.
We are an "Adult Only" hotel. Minimum age of all guests is 18.
